This test measures knowledge of essential concepts for Medical Collections, such as accepting co-payments; determining co-insurance; how to correct denials so they will be accepted and paid; collecting from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurances; and how to manage out-of-network claims. It is specific to the United States. A separate test called MEDICAL REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT is available that covers the full medical revenue cycle, from establishing benefits to collections. This test uses the IKM Linear Testing Platform which provides the same questions in the same order to every test taker.
