| London – UK – Friday, September 14, 2007Ā IKM, a leading provider of online employee and candidate knowledge measurement solutions and services, and Maguire Training, a training and development organisation, today announced a partnership agreement to provide joint training solutions.Following the Assess-Train-Access-Certify model, IKM will offer pre- and post-training testing, while Maguire Training will develop, execute and manage sales training programmes. This will allow IKM and Maguire Training to be one of the few companies to offer formally accredited training within the National Qualification Framework.
Initially, IKMās leading sales assessments, IKM SalesChekā¢, will be mapped to Maguire Trainingās coursework to conduct pre-training and post-training testing. This will permit Maguire Training to determine the exact training areas required as well as establish effective knowledge transfer. Areas within the assessments include closing a sale, teamwork, communication, computer literacy, and networking. “Incorporating pre- and post-training assessments into any learning programme will reduce the costs of training and improve the learning outcome.
