Technical Job Family Assessment

This psychometric assessment measures the thinking style, personality dynamics, motivational factors, and behavioral tendencies that underpin strong engagement and performance in technical roles. While this assessment does not test knowledge in any particular technical area, it measures the Problem-Solving, Thinking Styles, Interpersonal Dynamics and Personal Organization/Self-Regulation required to perform at high levels across roles in the tech space. This assessment takes approximately 50 minutes to complete.

The competency measured on this assessment:
